Spring is here! It certainly has been a looooong,coooold winter. We have all been cooped up indoors for a long time it seems, eating comfort foods, especially during the holidays. Not a whole lot of exercise because, lets face it, nobody was there to see how out of shape we were really getting, well maybe our significant other, but we don't have to look good for them anymore do we?

Well the weather is very quickly turning very nice and will soon be in the 70s, 80s and 90s.
How are you feeling about busting out those summer clothes? Will they still fit? How about that dreaded brand new bathing suit hanging in your closet? More importantly how do you feel in general, healthwise?

It's only the end of April, plenty of time to get a jump start at getting back into shape, but right now every day is starting to count, and count big time! As I write this there are only 5 weeks left till June! Thats right 5 weeks! So in order took get that body of yours ready for our glorious Minnesota summer, START NOW, TODAY!!!!! I can't tell you how many people I see who wait till the last minutes to try and regain their physical fitness. Oh gosh, I have a wedding next weekend, better hurry up and drop ten pounds. How about those class reunions looming, how great does it feel to show up to that event feeling and looking great, and on the flipside, showing up feeling and looking not so great?

Do yourself a huge favor, START NOW!!!! Now, I know that's easier said than done, there's the kids, and we all know how much time time they consume, the little darlings, soccer practice, tutoring, guitar lessons, 4H, after school activities, homework etc., and don't even get me started about housework and yard work. I have one word of advice for you, make yourself a priority, I guarantee that if you tell yourself " I'll workout when everything else is done" IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN! everything else is never done, we do however, love everything else, but it's endless. So make getting back in shape, or, getting in better shape a priority, and you know what? IT WILL HAPPEN, TA DAH!
